U.K.: £5.00 for any order up to £100 or FREE SHIPPING over £100 (20% VAT will be applied at checkout stage).

E.U.: £12.00 for orders up to £99.99 / FREE for orders over £100.00

We ship orders daily to destinations all over the world over utilising negotiated carriage rates. These savings are passed across to our customers and you will find our carriage rates to be among the most competitive in the market.

Within the UK we ship small orders by Royal Mail 24. Larger sized orders are usually by Evri/UPS, depending on value.

For overseas orders we ship using Evri or UPS depending on location and value. Once the order has been dispatch you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number. Express shipping is available at additional cost.

We carry most of our listed items in stock and for standard products we aim to ship within 1 working day of receipt of the order. For specialist products such as bagpipes, made to order or engraved items we aim to ship the order within 5 working days.

After dispatch, delivery is normally next day to UK and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

International orders: Please note, any orders outside of the U.K. will be subject to local government import duties/fees.  We recommend rates set by your local government ordering.  Any orders returned to us for failure to pay duties will result in a refund of order minus shipping and return costs set independantly by the courier.
